Role Overview
They are seeking a Director of Planning and Analysis with proven leadership capabilities to join their Finance Team based in London.
Main Responsibilities:
- Articulate performance and plans through high quality financial reports and business plans
- Ownership and production of professional shareholder communications materials
- Support Treasury with debt investor information and communications
- Perform in‐depth analysis of results and plans including NOI, capex, G&A and building analytical tools for use on an ongoing basis, including current and past trends in key performance indicators, to enable reporting on an aggregated basis with respect to past, current and future performance
- In close collaboration with the FP&A and reporting teams (responsible for the NOI GAAP/IFRS reporting) compile the quarterly board book
- Work with Portfolio Management Team to create and embed strong commercial and market knowledge and describe market trends
- Bring together output from Portfolio Management (asset plans) and Treasury (funding plans) to work with CEO / CFO in strategy development
- Create a firm understanding of all systems which are used to manage and track the portfolio’s performance (Horizon, Tableau, Anaplan etc) and optimise them as well as the interaction they have with one another where possible
- Create new business insights by combining new and existing data/information and share them with the various shareholders through dashboards, presentations and reports

Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English: able to clearly convey analytical findings
- Relevant experience with focus on real estate preferably within private equity or asset management
- Excellent modelling and quantitative analytical skills, including organising data to reveal insights
- Ability to think creatively, highly driven and self‐motivated
- Team player who can build strong relationships across all areas of the organization
