About our client

Our client reinvents the experience of investing in real estate, offering a completely dematerialized process and high-level support to people who want to buy a property to rent. They offer a turnkey service, structured in four major stages, all internalized: acquisition, works, furnishing and rental management. All this can be managed through an application.

Their goal is to allow all buyers to make a real estate investment from their phone, without having to visit properties, manage the work or tenants.

They are now experiencing the greatest European growth in their sector and offer a unique service on the continent, with the mission of expanding it and making it the international benchmark.

On the job offer

The real estate agent has a fundamental role in the company: identify and capture products to ensure the best investment opportunities. Their job will be to get the best portfolio of products through an excellent relationship with real estate advisors in the area, so having a talent for people is essential. You should constantly contact real estate consultants, identify properties, select and visit properties that meet the criteria of company’s customers. Once the match is made between a property and a client (investor), their team of investment consultants (complementary team) will take care of accompanying the client in the next stages: transaction, reform and rental management.

Your missions :

Being a “Sales / Real Estate Agent” in the company means :

  • to seek and attract investment opportunities in the chosen areas,
  • maintain and develop its network of contacts (estate agents, agencies),
  • continuously analyze the real estate market through real estate portals (idealist, photohouse, casafari) and through their own network of contacts,
  • capture potentially interesting products (flats, houses, investment buildings),
  • Visit properties with their Matterport 3D and/or Ricoh Theta Z1 cameras,
  • Create property tabs,
  • Be the local representative of the company during visits with clients or reform companies.

Being a real estate agent at the company you will have the opportunity to evolve in an environment where work and training are valued.

Your profile :
  • Have previous experience in the real estate sector,
  • Having ease of creating good business relationships and ability to build a strong network of contacts,
  • Interest in detecting real estate opportunities,
  • Know the city and districts well,
  • Speaking French and English is a plus,
  • Having a product portfolio will be a great advantage.
  • Compensation and benefits :
  • Remuneration package of 18K gross annual (fixed) + variable and achievable annual objectives (between 10K€ and 30K€),
  • Responsibilities, autonomy and hypergrowth,
  • Facilitating the creation of your real estate assets,
  • Have a social impact (fight against unsuitable housing) and environmental (housing = 25% of CO2 emissions).
