Product Manager

About the role

As a Product Manager you are the voice of the customer within our client’s organization, you research new customer wishes and you closely follow developments in the market. You also represent the internal stakeholders: you know their interests and wishes. In concrete terms, this means that you make decisions on behalf of both the customer and the stakeholders. You help realize our client’s vision to be able to predict the most accurate home value of any home anywhere in the world.

You are responsible for the SAAS products within our client’s Housing Intelligence proposition. Think of home value reports, reference home finder and other real estate data products in the Netherlands and abroad. The products are offered on their platform.

You know how to set the right priorities. You recognize the coherence/dependencies between the various user stories and you see any dependencies with other teams and you coordinate with the other Product Manager about the different roadmaps and priorities.

What will you do as our client’s new Product Manager?

• Successfully developing the current real estate data products within our client’s Housing Intelligence proposition
• Collecting and researching new market and customer wishes and product suggestions by organizing the best possible ‘voice of the customer’.
• Based on a vision and customer needs, you draw up roadmaps, epics, features and user stories as well as a clear description of Product Backlog items.
• Feeding marketing for product marketing material.
• Controlling UX/UI design for the continued development of existing and new functionalities on their Platform.
• Ensure that the Product Backlog is visible, transparent and clear to everyone, showing what the team will be working on next
• Ensure that the product team (UX designers, product marketer, sales, customer support, finance, data scientists/analysts and developers) understand the Product to the level that is needed.

About you

You are a strong communicator who knows what is going on in the market and within the organization. You are enterprising and commercial. You stand in front of your team and indicate what is needed to optimally serve the customer. You see mutual connections, you can set priorities well and you like a dynamic working environment in which tight deadlines are worked. You also have demonstrable affinity with the real estate, tech and mortgage market. You also have at least a HBO work and thinking level and at least 2 years of experience in a similar position. Your command of both the Dutch and English language is excellent.
