PropTech Partnership & Affiliate Executive role based in London, UK

Our client is a globally leading short-term rental company. They provide delightful stays to guests in unique properties in over 30 cities globally. They source their properties from private and institutional homeowners in the United Kingdom, France, Portugal, and the United Arab Emirates working with them on a revenue share basis. They take care of the end-to-end rental process from listing creation across different platforms, to guest communications, housekeeping, key management, and price optimization.

Your role

They are now expanding across the the UK and searching for a superstar sales team member to take on the role of Partnership Executive. Their ideal candidate must be a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, and able to ‘think big’ while paying careful attention to detail. This is the perfect opportunity to become part of a growing global company. The Partnerships Executive is required to use initiative, creativity, and innovation to seek and secure new partnerships, as well as grow current relationships in the UK.

Your responsibilities
  • Take responsibility for maximizing the value that our client receives from current or future partnerships – real estate brokers, developers, asset managers, lawyers, solicitors, and any other strategic partner
  • Manage relationships and influence at every level of seniority including representing our client in meetings, pitches, presentations, and events
  • Work with the Global Head of Sales and UK Country Manager / UK Head of Sales to plan and execute robust partnership plans with the goal of maximizing growth, while retaining and expanding existing partnerships
  • Work with Global Head of Sales and UK Country Manager / UK Head of Sales to research prospects and maintain the pipeline with the goal of reaching the defined quarterly/yearly growth target
  • Work with colleagues across the organization to leverage their assets and build strong and creative partnership proposals
  • Use all tools available to ensure compliance including partnership agreements, client record management database as well as GDPR
  • Involved in trend and gap analysis plus having a deep understanding of their competitors to ensure they are one step ahead
  • Keep up to date on industry news and development
  • Reporting and forecasting on daily, weekly, and monthly performance against KPIs

You are
  • Able to demonstrate success in achieving financial targets through account management, business development, or sales and contribute to projects or teamwork
  • An excellent verbal communicator, confident in dealing with people at all levels, externally and internally, and ability to influence and negotiate
  • An excellent written communicator able to write proposals, formal business documents, and informal updates
  • A confident relationship manager able to take a personal approach to business relationships
  • Creative and innovative thinker with the ability to develop new commercial ideas and translate them into action and results
  • Able to maintain accurate records with the help of a Client Record Management system
  • Able to demonstrate an understanding of short-let regulations/compliance and contracts
  • Have several years of experience in the real estate industry
