The job

To meet their growth ambitions, they are looking for a passionate Operations Manager.  Your role consists among other of the following tasks:

• You are working in a highly dynamic, digital, open software development environment that serves the real-estate by applying smart strategies in the control of their HVAC system
• Further improve and shape the operations environment to analyze, connect and service buildings with our client’s solutions
• Set-Up production orders with clear targets
• In a continuous improvement environment, bottlenecks are determined and the next “top 3” is tackled
• Organize a call center that is capable to contact maintenance people and to retrieve information in a reliable and predictable way. Make the “plan meeting” process and comply to target
• Compile their way of working into playbooks that can be used for further scaling of these services
• Leave everything behind in documented processes and an ever-evolving quality handbook
• Contribute to compliancy documents and SLA agreements with the various stakeholders

Your profile

• You are a person that drives on making a 90% situation go to 99%
• You have 10+ years’ experience with operations in call center environments in a leading role? and can set-up the required ways of working and make this predictable
• Experience in real-estate environment and/or HVAC is a big plus
• Team player with good communication skills
• You are a good listener
• You have experience in creating a continuously learning culture within the diverse team and experience in creating an open feedback atmosphere to discuss and to improve the procedures
• A flexible mind-set and scale-up mentality
• Professional proficiency in English. Dutch, French, German is a plus
• Contribution to the CO2 emission problem of their world is a personal driver and it will make you proud to contribute to one of its solutions
