Our client:

Our client is a well-known British company looking for an experienced Operations Manager to organise and oversee the daily operations of their expansion locally in Paris in line with client growth.
  
We are looking to scale their operations and branch out to a new market in 2023 starting with Paris, so this will be one of the first hires in this region!
  
They are looking for someone with a positive and proactive attitude, that is willing to go above and beyond. Their business continues to expand rapidly with ambitious B2B growth targets in the next few years.
  
Responsibilities:

  • Grow and develop an Operations team providing housekeeping, maintenance and concierge services in Paris.
  • Mentor and train staff, to achieve and maintain quality standards through the execution of departmental training and quality assurance programs.
  • Assist as needed in the interviewing and hiring of employee team members with the appropriate skills.
  • Be the essential link between our Operations team and our clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with our clients.
  • Learn and master the standards of our clients to ensure that we are delivering services that meet their expectations.
  • Establish and develop partnerships with suppliers and other third-party service providers.
  • Ensure that the maintenance and housekeeping standards set by our clients are met and clients’ expectations are exceeded.
  • Be responsible for checking all clients’ property data is correct in our systems with all the information needed to deliver services in the field.
  • Ensure all our current client questions, comments and concerns are answered in a timely manner. Our client queries range from everyday issues to more challenging problems – from maintenance to pricing strategy.
  • Obtain regular client feedback on our software Drive, reporting any issue to our Product Department.
  • Be the main point of contact for any product question, and be responsible for regular follow-up training.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in serviced accommodation or hotels.
  • Willingness to support the team in the field and be a ‘hands-on’ manager.
  • Excellent organisational and operational qualities.
  • Outstanding communication and people skills.
  • Knowledge of the industry’s legal rules and guidelines.
  • In-depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles.
  • Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operations metrics.
