Operations Lead

Our Client is seeking a proactive, detail-focused Operations Lead to support a rapidly expanding team in New York. This field-based role is well suited to an individual who excels at problem-solving, leads from the front, and consistently ensures that each location meets high standards of quality and end-user satisfaction.
  
Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end unit turnovers, coordinating cleaning and maintenance teams and completing detailed pre-occupancy inspections.
• Ensure onsite readiness by assembling furniture, resolving basic technology issues, and completing minor repairs as needed.
• Act as the primary field point of contact, coordinating vendors, cleaning staff, and property personnel to keep operations running smoothly.
• Perform quality control inspections using mobile tools to confirm standards for cleanliness, functionality, and presentation are met.
• Provide hands-on, time-sensitive support, including addressing maintenance issues, replacing items, delivering supplies, and resolving access concerns.
• Manage shared vehicles and inventory to support efficient, well-organized daily operations.

Workdays begin at a central location before traveling to multiple sites to complete several scheduled unit preparations. The role requires adaptability, strong problem-solving skills, and a hands-on approach to ensuring consistent operational quality across locations.
  
Requirements

• Two to three years of experience in a supervisory or lead capacity, preferably within field operations, facilities management, hospitality, or a similar hands-on environment
• Comfortable completing light maintenance work and basic repair tasks
• Able to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting moderate weight and remaining active throughout the day
• Proficient with common workplace technologies and mobile applications
• Clear and professional communicator with a service-oriented mindset and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
• Adaptable, collaborative team member who performs well in a fast-paced, evolving setting
