About the role:

They are seeking an enthusiastic, detail oriented Office Assistant to join their fast-growing team. This role is focused on day-to-day office tasks.

The ideal candidate could multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Assist with day-to-day office operations, such as maintenance, deliveries & shipments, cleaning services, groceries, etc.
• Provide administrative support as requested to employees on various issues.
• Manage their meeting rooms, keeping them organized and prepared for next meetings
• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office and direct them to the relevant person/meeting room.
• Assist with any other ad-hoc administrative projects as needed

Desired Background:

• 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role – preferred in the tech industry
• Strong teamwork.
• Strong ability to multitask, with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build good working relationships with employees at all levels.
