My client is embarking on the next evolution of their CRE data, software, and technology platform.
They are a pioneer in the commercial real estate industry leveraging its leading industry expertise, technology and analytics to deliver faster decision making and outsized returns. They offer these solutions focusing on four key capabilities – Valuation, Portfolio Performance, Market Insights, and Property Tax.
The Offer Management Team is responsible for both identifying and delivering these solutions to meet the complex needs of customers. They’re growing their team and looking to add an Offer Manager. The Offer Manager is responsible for identifying the challenges in the market, understanding how they may be well positioned to solve them, determining the appropriate opportunity set, and driving execution.
As an Offer Manager, you will direct growth of the Offer portfolio in a specific segment by  finding new ways to deliver predictive analytics, market insights, property tax management, and
valuation capabilities that empower customers to be more successful. You will engage directly with customers to understand the markets in which they function, their goals and challenges. You will establish a vision for your Offer, coordinate strategy and execution across all stakeholder groups, and successfully execute the release of those capabilities to customers. At my client, their Offer Managers are at the core of bringing together the expertise, technology, and intelligence that deliver a valuable customer experience.
Who you are You are a strategic, visionary, creative, business-focused individual, and obsessed with improving your Offer’s value proposition to enable market share growth. You are able to lead and operate in
ambiguity. You’re a relentless problem-solver, you can leverage data, analytics, and human insights to create new solutions that can solve, at scale, some of the leading challenges in the Commercial Real Estate industry. You may be a product manager with experience overseeing the build and
deployment of a solution, working in increments to bring about a digital transformation. Or you may be a product manager overseeing an internal technology transformation that streamlines and improves services. Either way, you want to spearhead a new product strategy at an organization that is a leader in their space with global clients.
  
  
Role responsibilities: Own and drive. You will own your offer’s roadmap, including continuous review and evolution. You will draw on experience and knowledge to see the big picture and develop creative strategies to make the vision a reality.
Curate. You will gather and classify opportunities from our clients and the broader business units across the entire organization. You will develop a broad, and deep understanding of analytical use cases in the real estate sector and understand how data solutions can be integrated within software and service offerings.
Ensure business alignment. You will conduct market analysis and work with executive leaders on the data solution’s vision to ensure it aligns with the overall platform strategy. You will work with the executive team to implement features that extend beyond industry standards and elevate functionality.

  
  
Lead and align offer strategy, roadmap, and development. You will develop a deep understanding of the market trends to identify, define, and present opportunities. You will define high-level value-propositions by customer segment and buyer persona while simultaneously determining key metrics and outcomes to measure success.
  
Be an influential voice. You will contribute to the development of net new offers or enhancements to existing offers based on in-depth analysis and assessment of our clients’ needs. You will promote and explain the benefits of the new offerings to internal teams and clients. You will execute pricing, sales, and go-to-market strategies.
Experience required: The education and experience. A university degree in Business, Data Science, Mathematics, or Engineering. You have excellent technical knowledge, strong instincts, sound business acumen, and customer-facing experience. You can elicit the business needs of clients, lead the work of a team and be hands-on designing, building, testing, and rolling out new technology capabilities. You investigate issues thoroughly and create effective solutions that open new opportunities. Exposure to, or interest in, the commercial real estate industry would be highly beneficial.
The passion for bringing people and technology together. You are a master translator who can convey business and technical needs to any level of audience. You are the conduit of communication and hub of information. You strive for balance across business value, client need, end-user desire, market expectation, and user experience.
Ownership. You thrive in a busy environment, assigning tasks, following up on deliverables, and getting your hands dirty too. Whatever it takes, you get it done. You have a way of speaking that engages your audience and instills confidence and credibility. You are comfortable presenting concepts and data to C-level executives. You are invested in satisfying the needs of your clients – and you work hard to do it well, on spec and on time.
Leadership presence. Your commitment and focus inspire those around you to do better. You can influence work in a multi-functional team environment across different locations with rapidly changing priorities under tight deadlines.
Flexibility. You are open to travelling, to build stakeholder relationships and meet with peers and customers, within the US, Europe, and Canada.
