PropTech National Sales Director – Real Estate Enterprise Sales role based in US.

Responsibilities:

  • A player/coach role, leading the firm’s sales initiatives for their SaaS platform along with being an individual contributor.
  • Cultivate relationships with real estate investors through the entire lifecycle from prospecting through closure and renewals.
  • Ability to build out a team of account executives as the company grows.
  • Collaborate with product, client success, and engineering teams to foster the best client experience.
  • Together, with the management team, define and iterate on sales and account management processes, procedures, and best practices.
  • Represent the company and their platform at industry events.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of B2B sales experience
  • Experience leading teams as well as being a contributor
  • Demonstrated history of exceeding quota with an Enterprise SaaS product
  • Experience prospecting and building sales pipelines
  • Interpersonal, self-motivated, curious, organized, collaborative, and have a passion for life and your work
  • Prior experience in commercial real estate and/or SaaS sales is a plus
  • Enthusiasm and interest in commercial real estate and/or FinTech is a plus
  • Willingness and ability to travel (post COVID)
