Our client is seeking a National Account Executive to manage and grow relationships with key customers across the organisation, ensuring high levels of satisfaction while contributing to revenue growth. The successful candidate will work closely with the sales leadership team, adopting a bottom-up approach that complements and supports the wider top-down strategy.
  
Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and strengthen relationships with existing key customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
  • Work closely with the sales leadership team to identify opportunities to grow existing partnerships across different areas of the customer’s organisation.
  • Address customer queries and issues, coordinating with relevant internal teams to deliver timely and effective resolutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, operations, and customer support, to ensure services consistently meet or exceed expectations.
  • Provide regular updates to the sales leadership team on account performance, including any risks, opportunities, or challenges.
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients through regular check-ins and service updates.
  • Support the preparation of proposals and presentations for existing customers.
  • Keep informed of industry developments, competitor activity, and market trends that may impact customer relationships and overall strategy.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in an account management or sales-focused role.
  • Background working within the residential or property sector.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Good understanding of customer needs and relevant market dynamics.
  • Ability to work independently, manage a varied customer portfolio, and prioritise effectively.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
