Our client is one of the world’s original PropTech start-up’s, has been creating innovative solutions to serve the global real estate industry for 4 decades. From real estate investment management and investor relations to asset management, property management, property marketing and tenant and resident related services. Their cloud-based software and mobile applications underpin the successful operations of many of the world’s leading commercial, residential, student and flexible workspace real estate companies.   
 
Responsibilities
Support the creation, development, coordination and analysis of Marketing Communications strategy for the UK and Ireland, focusing on the residential and student accommodation markets, specifically build to rent and PBSA.
 
Main Duties:
Be a driving force behind the coordination and innovation of:

  • Gain and maintain an understanding of the functionality benefits and value of the solutions we provide these sectors and ensure all messaging is maintained and evolves accordingly
  • The development and management of a cohesive, consistent messaging and proposition strategy for each market. Monitor competition, engage with sector influencers, collaborate with, and advise internal stakeholders
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive and cohesive lead generating content marketing strategy and work with our internal content creation and graphics design team where required. Content strategy components include, but are not limited to a range of thought leadership activities, articles, eBooks, whitepapers, blogs, client case studies, press releases, social media and more
  • Develop digital advertising opportunities with a particular focus on Google Ads, PPC and SEM
  • Website content management relevant to market responsibility with an aim of increasing web performance, engagement, and lead generation
  • The creation and management of an out-bound email marketing campaign strategy
  • Relationships with industry associations, third party media companies to ensure that we obtain the best possible value out of those relationships
  • Provide input to the vertical specific events strategy, and be the owner of messaging strategy for exhibitions, webinars, and roadshows
  • Relationships with industry associations, third party media companies to ensure that they obtain the best possible value out of their relationships
  • The development of their client referral, testimonial and case study programme.
