Our global property management software Client based in Amsterdam, is looking for a Marketing Campaign Specialist to join their Marketing Department.

You will play a pivotal role in creating and driving the delivery of the commercial and real estate investment management marketing strategy for continental Europe and the UK and Ireland. Play a key role in connecting marketing, sales, and product specialists to ensure goals are met.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • The development and execution of a comprehensive and cohesive lead generating marketing strategy.
  • The management of a cohesive, consistent messaging and proposition strategy for the market.
  • The analysis of the competitor landscape, engagement with sector influencers, collaboration with internal stakeholders including sales and product specialists.
  • Drive the development of a cohesive, targeted content marketing strategy including, but not limited to, a range of thought leadership activities, articles, eBooks, whitepapers, blogs, client case studies, press releases and social media.
  • Develop digital advertising opportunities with a particular focus on Google Ads, PPC and SEM.
  • Web site content management relevant to market responsibility with an aim of increasing web performance, engagement, and lead generation.
  • The creation and management of an out-bound email marketing campaign strategy utilising HubSpot.
  • Manage relationships with industry associations, third party media companies to ensure that we obtain the best possible value out of those relationships.
  • Provide input to the vertical specific events strategy and be the owner of messaging and marketing strategy for a range of event types.
  • Gain and maintain an understanding of the functionality benefits and value of the solutions we provide these sectors and ensure all messaging is maintained and evolves accordingly.
  • Work with the internal events team, content writers, and graphic designers to ensure that all elements of the plan are delivered in accordance with strategy and agreed deadlines.

  
Ideal Candidate Description

A youthful disposition with a passion for being innovative and creative, the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a desire to learn about our products and markets to aid the provision of creative solutions. 
  
The ideal candidate will be able to speak fluent English, Dutch and preferably a third language such as German or French. Open minded and flexible, the candidate should be a team player who is able to communicate effectively across multiple time zones and cultures and to work as a member of a broader team. 
  
The ideal candidate should come from, or have a good level of experience of, the commercial real estate industry and preferably have background in SaaS software solutions. The successful candidate will be passionate about technology or business digitisation and demonstrate curiosity and an eagerness to learn. Happy to roll up their sleeves and get involved in other possibly indirect projects when required, the candidate should also be happy to travel between 15 – 20%.
The role would suit an enthusiastic individual that has the desire to work in the B2B environment, to learn and progress as part of growing multicultural marketing team, while working with a variety of departments across the business. 
  
Desired Skills and Experience    

  • A demonstrable level of marketing experience is essential with a strong appreciation of marketing strategies that are designed for lead generation, thought leadership, event and program management.
  • Candidates will generally have 3 years or more experience
  • Experience coordinating activities across the broader marketing mix – but especially content marketing, thought leadership and digital marketing; preferably strong experience with Google Adwords, PPC and SEM.
  • Good project management experience, ability to coordinate multiple projects at a given time.
  • Ability to be able to analyse campaign performance and work to evolve, adjust activities in response.
  • Experience with outbound marketing campaigns delivered via HubSpot marketing automation is essential.
  • Web and social media aware, experience with Word-Press is preferred but not essential.
  • Should come from the commercial property industry or a Proptech company that focusses on the commercial real estate sector.
  • This may include media companies focused on the property industry, experience working with a commercial property manager and agency, commercial real estate investment managers or technology & service companies that provide solutions to the commercial real estate market.
