The EMEA Marketing Department is an enthusiastic and energetic group with team members based in Milton Keynes, Bristol, Amsterdam, Mainz and Dubai.
Serving several strategically important regions across EMEA, the team also supports colleagues in the Asia Pacific region. While creating and servicing marketing strategies and initiatives unique to these regions, the group also works closely with corporate marketing located in Santa Barbara, California.
Support the creation, development, coordination and analysis of Marketing Communications strategy for the UK and Ireland with particular focus on the residential and student accommodation markets, specifically commercial real estate and real estate asset and investment management sector.
A vibrant disposition with a passion for being innovative and creative, the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a desire to learn about products and markets to aid the provision of creative solutions.
Open minded and flexible, the candidate should be a team player who can demonstrate an ability to be able to communicate effectively across multiple time zones and cultures and to work as a member of a broader team. Happy to roll up their sleeves and get involved in other possibly indirect projects when required, the candidate should also be happy to travel if the need arises.
