Our Client is seeking a Strategic Account Executive to join their sales organization.

About the Role
  
Our Client is seeking a Strategic Account Executive to join their sales organization. In this role, you will use your knowledge of their products, sales methodology, internal processes, prospecting strategies, and target customer segments to drive growth within strategic enterprise accounts. The primary focus of this position is new business development, with an emphasis on increasing revenue through the sale of additional solutions to both prospective and existing clients. Responsibilities include managing inbound inquiries, proactive prospecting, lead qualification, consultative selling, negotiation, and closing deals.
  
Key Responsibilities

  • Promptly follow up on and qualify new prospects generated through marketing initiatives or inbound inquiries.
  • Develop and execute territory prospecting strategies to build relationships and create new business opportunities.
  • Conduct account research, identify decision-makers, generate interest, and assess business needs.
  • Maintain accurate and current sales forecasts.
  • Provide sales leadership with activity reports and project updates as requested.
  • Stay informed on key competitors to effectively articulate the organization’s value proposition.
  • Accurately manage and track leads, opportunities, and account records within the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed established monthly and quarterly performance targets.
  • Drive repeat business, referrals, and references by gaining a deep understanding of each customer’s unique requirements.
  • Actively build relationships through networking, outbound outreach, email follow-up, product demonstrations, and execution of service agreements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a high-performing outbound Account Executive.
  • Prior experience selling to large enterprise organizations within the construction industry.
  • Background working in an early-stage startup environment.
  • Demonstrated strength in prospecting, communication, and consultative selling.
  • Strong drive to generate new revenue and exceed growth objectives.
  • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 25% or more as needed.
