Our client has built customer partnerships with some of the largest real estate companies in the world. Upon subscribing to our client, their customers typically onboard hundreds of real estate properties and thousands of users, which presents a tremendous opportunity to impact thousands who rely on their software every day.

As the Implementations Manager, your objective will be to help design a process that allows our client to implement, onboard, and train customer accounts at scale. Working closely with the VP of Sales, CTO and VP of R&D internally, your role will be to own the implementation process for each account from end-to-end, including project management, project discovery, product configuration, data gathering, customer training and go-live activities. Externally, this role will work to develop executive relationships with key individuals within the customer’s organization to align expectations, communicate goals, and outline the project road map to deliver the implementation.

This role will be instrumental in building a powerful, scalable process to support their rapid growth in account implementation. You will work closely with peers, department heads and senior leadership, and will be given latitude to curate this process and role.
