Join our London-based client, a rapidly scaling Commercial Property SaaS provider, as an Implementation Manager.

Our Client based in London is looking for a Implementation Manager to join their team.  
 
In the role of an Implementation Manager, you will be an integral part of ensuring the success of their new and expanding clients as they join the ever-expanding commercial real estate ecosystem. 
 
The Implementation Manager will play a pivotal role within the Onboarding team, dedicated to ensuring successful deployments for our new and expanding clients. This role focuses on optimising the time to value by facilitating the efficient onboarding of client data, guiding them through the initial setup, ensuring seamless integrations, and promoting early adoption through structured training programmes.
 
The successful candidate will work closely with both clients and our client’s internal teams, bridging the gap from pre-sale to implementation and customer success/account management. 
 
Key Responsibilities  

  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work across various teams to deliver a seamless client experience throughout the pre-sale, implementation, and support phases. 
  • Project Management: Plan, schedule, and oversee project timelines and activities from initiation to go-live. Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet the desired outcomes. 
  • Client Milestone Tracking: Conduct regular project management meetings to track client progress against milestones and manage expectations effectively. 
  • Custom Implementation Planning: Develop tailored implementation plans based on client objectives, incorporating custom data collection methods, custom collateral, product updates and workflows. 
  • Technical Onboarding Assistance: Support clients with their technical onboarding needs, leveraging tools such as SQL, APIs, and system troubleshooting to facilitate a smooth integration process. 

Ideal Candidate Profile 

  • Experience in project management, ideally within a SaaS environment.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of working and making decisions independently.  
  • A proactive problem-solver with a client-focused attitude.  
  • Familiarity with SQL, APIs, and basic system troubleshooting.  
  • Comfortable facilitating meetings and leading project timelines.  
  • A background in commercial real estate or a related field is beneficial but not required.
