Our Client is seeking for an experienced Implementation Manager.

About the Role
  
As an Implementation Manager, you will be responsible for driving the successful delivery of technology solutions for clients. This role involves overseeing the full implementation lifecycle — from initial project planning to go-live — while working closely with clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners to ensure seamless execution and adoption.
  
Key Responsibilities

  • Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience throughout the implementation process.
  • Collaborate with clients to define and validate goals, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage end-to-end implementation for new and expansion projects, serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
  • Focus on long-term client success by ensuring data accuracy, system completeness, and effective solution adoption.
  • Guide clients through change management by sharing best practices, facilitating training sessions, and promoting successful process adoption.
  • Confidently challenge existing client processes to help optimize workflows and maximize solution value.
  • Develop, track, and manage detailed project plans and timelines from kick-off through training to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Proactively identify risks and blockers, escalating to sponsors or stakeholders as necessary to maintain project scope and timelines.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of implementation details, client-specific requirements, and best practices for future reference.
  • Collaborate with team members to support additional ongoing projects as needed.
  • Provide insights and feedback based on project learnings, contributing to continuous improvement of implementation methodologies.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in an implementation, project management, or similar client-facing role (experience in B2B SaaS a plus).
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects at once.
  • Skilled at coordinating and influencing diverse stakeholders to drive projects forward.
