Our client is a dynamic Austrian PropTech company, founded in 2017, which has already built an impressive business in the German speaking regions of Europe. One of their early backers was a London based VC accelerator. Additional meaningful funding was secured in early 2021 and our client is now expanding across Europe and the UK. They are already working with a number of UK developers and suppliers. 2022 will see a big push into the UK market and they now wish to appoint a Head of UK operations.
They provide residential and commercial developers/landlords with a digital platform that integrates into their existing BIM and CRM systems, with which to better engage with their buyers/tenants, particularly in respect of off-plan or remote marketing around the options for configuring, decorating and furnishing properties. Our client also allows for better ongoing management of the sales/lettings and snagging/handover stages, as well as limiting friction between the sales and construction processes.
Our clients founders frequently visit the UK (when allowable), speak fluent English, as do all of its staff.
Our client is run as an holacracy, which promotes idea exchanges and a collaborative company culture. This means a high degree of personal responsibility and short decision-making processes in everyday work. Varied fields of activity and constant development are further reasons for joining them.
They now wish to employ a full-time representative to spearhead their UK expansion.
Given that the platform delivers an interface with the sales/letting/marketing and specifying/construction processes, candidates could come with experience in any of these areas – so could include Sales/Lettings Agents (residential or commercial), New Homes sales specialists, Architects, Quantity Surveyors or Project Managers.
