Our client is looking for a Head of Sales to lead their expansion into key markets. They work with some of the most exciting and well-established residential property companies in the UK including Greystar, Canary Wharf Group, L&Q, Berkeley Homes & St George.

Our client is the review platform for residential developments. Backed by private investment, they launched across London in February 2019 and now cover 16 cities across the UK. Our client was listed in the Top Ten Proptech companies to watch in 2020.

With user generated content and verified reviews available for the first time - their mission is to revolutionise the decision-making process for those looking to buy or rent in a residential development.  They believe the best information about a residential development comes from the people living there not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management. Even before a development is fully complete, their community is able to share valuable information, better informing those considering purchasing off-plan. 2020 has seen a 400% increase in their site traffic and they now partner with over 30 industry brands who they support with customer feedback, data, insights and advice on how to best utilise user generated content across their sales and marketing channels.

Our client is expanding into new markets and they are looking for a head of sales to help spearhead this expansion. They are particularly focused on national housing developments/developers and Housing Associations in this next phase of growth. You will work alongside their CEO and Co Founders.
