Our client, a French start-up created in 2018, which recently raised more than €5 million.

Our client offers an innovative SAAS BtoB solution in each country where it operates, which simplifies and fully digitises the process of selling new residential property. Their clients are residential property developers.

The process of selling a property is a long and complex process: it involves multiple time-consuming tasks (handwritten signature of contracts, printing, photocopying, scanning, postal mail, etc.) and numerous exchanges between developer, notary, marketer and end customer (the buyer).

Our client offer all parties involved in the real estate transaction a fully digital collaborative tool that simplifies, accelerates and secures the entire sales process while significantly improving the end customer's buying experience and the ecological impact of a real estate transaction.

Bilingual English French or English only

Between 10 and 20 years of experience

Based in (UK), reporting to the Commercial & Founders Department in Paris (France).

Your overall mission:

As Head of Sales, your missions will be both operational and strategic:

You will be in charge of prospecting, convincing and signing new accounts and thus expanding the customer portfolio in this new market.

Your targets will be the decision-makers (General Management, Marketing, Sales, IS...) at property developers.

Working in synergy with the Spanish team based in Paris (2 people) and the central support services (customer service, product, marketing, press relations...).

Recruiting and developing the skills of your future team.

Building the development strategy, setting up sales processes, identifying the right KPI's to monitor sales activity.
