Our client seeks a Head of Real Estate and Business Development to continue their rapid growth. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this seasoned business development professional will help to grow sales, explore new business opportunities & sales channels by bringing in new clients, and own contract creation/negotiations in order to close new deals targeting multi-unit sales with $5M+ revenue potential.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing and leading $5M+ deals in different regions and market segments via meetings, presentations, industry networking, negotiating, and other avenues;
- Qualify prospective deals by assessing feasibility, budget, scope, and timing;
- Close deals in order to achieve revenue targets;
- Monitor and participate in RFPs/RFQs that align with company goals;
- Forecast and validate sales projections with internal team;
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven track record of closing multi-million dollar deals in the Real Estate, Proptech and Financing sectors;
- Deep knowledge of the Real Estate operational cycle;
- Proven track record of multiplying revenue targets within a short period of time;
- Strong network in the industry, preferably in California and neighboring states;
- Ability to create a healthy pipeline of deals to achieve sustainable long-term growth;
- Experience with or full understanding of modular home building or factory-built structures;
- A self-starter and high-achiever who takes initiative and responsibility for their work and actions
- The ability to travel to client meetings and project sites
- Able to apply strategic thinking
- Demonstrated strength in leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent attention to detail, flexible and adaptable to change
