They are a B2B SaaS proptech, focusing on the residential/multifamily market and looking for a high-energy people manager to come in and build/lead a human-in-the-loop (HITL) operations team from scratch:
– Ideally, the candidate is based in any big proptech hub. Brownie points for someone based in Toronto/Austin/Phoenix/Salt Lake City
– This person will hire and scale the team to 30-40 people in operations and customer support functions
– 8+ years in operations, workforce management or customer success required (preferably with some AI/tech exposure – HITL would be ideal)
– Non-negotiable: must have worked in a start up before (0-1 or 1-10), not an established organization (10-100)
– Salary depends on experience and location
