VP of Sales, Head of GTM etc - title is flexible!

My client is an early-stage start-up (~12 people) providing a one-stop-shop operating system for loans, transactions, assets, and payments. Operating in the commercial real estate/multifamily space, they aggregate and standardize property financial data directly from the source, resulting in error-free reporting. Selling into owners, lenders, investors, and property managers with scalable tools to automate data workflows and compliance. The platform integrates with systems like RealPage, Yardi, Entrata, and MRI to simplify workflows and they’re supported by leading venture capital firms.

The Role Offers:

  • Hybrid work in NYC

  • Report directly to the CEO/founder
  • Lead the development and execution of a scalable go-to-market strategy

The Ideal Profile Will Have:

  • Ideally ~10 years of relevant work experience
  • Start up exposure is a massive plus
  • Tangible network in the multifamily tech space or CRE lending
  • Experience selling into mortgage brokerage, owners, lenders, operators, property managers
  • Ability to establish what the sales cycles will be (there’s no formalised sales process currently)
  • Build the sales org out (hiring)
  • A ‘killer’ sales(wo)man energy, yet still personable
