Our client based in Germany is looking for a head of Sales to join their team.

Head of Sales, Northern Europe – PropTech B2B SaaS

Location: Berlin Mitte (Hybrid – 3 days in office)
 
About the Role:
 
As the Head of Sales, Northern Europe, you will lead our client’s DACH and UK high-performing sales teams, drive new business opportunities, and expand relationships with key clients. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that align with our company’s growth objectives in the German market.
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of 3+ direct reports in the Berlin office, as well as the UK team fully from afar
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify and build relationships with key stakeholders in commercial real estate, fintech, ESG and asset management.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, with a focus on enterprise-level deals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to drive a cohesive go-to-market strategy.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize sales performance and forecast revenue.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, particularly in ESG, and position their solutions effectively within the market.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven track record in leading a sales team within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Experience in commercial real estate, fintech sales, or asset management.
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on coaching, development, and motivation.
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles and enterprise accounts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in ESG-related solutions is a strong plus but not essential
  • Fluent in German and English
