Our Client is looking for an experienced Head of Marketing.

About the Role
  
The company is entering a significant growth stage and is seeking a strategic, operations-focused Head of B2B Marketing to scale its go-to-market efforts, accelerate lead generation, and elevate brand visibility across the global real estate sector. In this role, you will oversee the full marketing strategy and execution, driving top-of-funnel momentum, generating high-quality leads, and positioning the organization as a category leader.
You will own all marketing channels, including events, SEO, referral programs, paid acquisition, and new innovative initiatives, using the existing customer base and the new opportunities you help uncover to expand brand reach and establish the company as a trusted solution within the industry.
This is a senior leadership position. You will partner closely with the CEO, participate in board-level discussions, and shape the marketing function for a rapidly scaling global organization. Your work will have a direct impact on the company’s expansion and support its mission to drive more efficient, sustainable consumption.
  
Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies aimed at acquiring new customers and expanding relationships within the existing client base.
  • Lead top-of-funnel initiatives, including demand generation, pipeline creation, and MQL growth.
  • Strengthen the company’s brand across digital and in-person channels, positioning the organization as a thought leader in the industry.
  • Oversee both inbound and outbound marketing efforts, including public relations.
  • Manage the global marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and strong return on investment.
  • Define and execute the B2B content strategy across relevant digital and social platforms.
  • Plan, launch, and evaluate SEO initiatives and paid search campaigns.
  • Create and maintain B2B marketing assets, tracking their impact and effectiveness.
  • Experiment with new channels through A/B testing and share insights and performance outcomes.
  • Partner with internal teams to communicate product updates and new releases to prospective business customers.
  • Develop and execute the strategy for physical events, such as conferences, pop-ups, and other industry gatherings.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and customer success teams to understand customer needs and ensure alignment between marketing efforts and supporting materials.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B software marketing within fast-paced settings, ideally in high-growth or startup environments.
  • Strong expertise in demand generation, content development, event marketing, and related best practices.
  • Demonstrated experience in planning, managing, and optimizing marketing budgets.
  • Proven ability to design and execute multi-channel inbound acquisition strategies.
  • Solid understanding of both digital and offline marketing funnels.
  • Knowledge of content marketing, SEO, SEM, and paid advertising campaigns.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot or similar).
  • History of effective collaboration with design, content, product, and analytics teams.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt quickly in a rapidly evolving environment.
  • Hands-on, proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of end-to-end marketing operations, workflows, and delivery processes.
  • Experience in the real estate sector or marketing solutions to property owners/management companies is a strong advantage.
