Their technology enables Delivery Associates to securely get access to semi-public space within buildings, in order to deliver parcels. About the Role
 
Our client is looking for an experienced, highly-driven and resourceful Lead of Sales and Market Expansion to drive our development in the UK. You will be responsible to promote products to building managers, building owners and housing associations. You will also collect market and customers’ insights to ensure we continue to improve our product and delight our customers.
 
Key Responsibilities

  • You will define the sales strategy, channels and tactics for the UK;
  • You will conduct product demo, sales pitch and negotiations with prospects;
  • You will build a lead pipeline and qualify your leads;
  • You will leverage on your network and experience to accelerate Amazon Key expansion;
  • You will create pitch and marketing decks for various customer segments;
  • You will build and maintain strong relationships with our potential future strategic customers;
  • You will work hands in hands with Amazon Key leaders, Marketing, Install, Operations and Customer Support;
  • You will relay market needs and requirements back to internal Amazon teams including Product Management and Technical;
  • You will measure performance, articulate root-cause analysis, and link to specific improvement areas.

  • Leveraging your strong business development skills to meet and exceed goals and revenue targets.
  • Embracing the excitement of working in a developing new start-up environment.
  • Utilizing your experience in selling to building managers, owners, and housing associations, particularly in the residential space.
  • Demonstrating your self-starter attitude by juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic, and often ambiguous environment.
  • Cultivating relationships with both external partners and internal stakeholders across various departments.
  • Communicating clearly and concisely with senior leaders, especially in written form.
  • Seamlessly transitioning between strategic thinking and hands-on execution to deliver results.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience in developing, negotiating and executing business agreements
  • Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
  • Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
  • Experience negotiating software and services agreements
  • Experience in building a lead pipeline and in qualifying leads

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
  • Existing contacts and relationship with Real Estate Property Managers
