Head of Content Marketing
As the Head of Content Marketing, you will be responsible for scaling their organic acquisition efforts. You’ll oversee the creation of multi-channel content that tells their story through effective partnerships, platforms and formats.
While constantly considering their customers in the market, your target will be to increase the company’s visibility through online and offline channels and drive organic digital growth through content marketing.

AMONG OTHER THINGS, YOU WILL:
- Be responsible for owned and earned channels including content marketing, SEO, referral programs, social, PR and brand marketing
- Oversee content strategy, planning and tactical delivery of all content marketing
- Be responsible for developing content distribution channels – social, syndication networks, referral programs, blog, PR
- Develop the core message, tone and positioning
- Shape an effective resourcing model to support team goals
- Instill a data driven approach through the team with the effective use of KPIs, analysis and driving change through insight
WHO YOU ARE
- The ideal candidate is tech-savvy storyteller, that couples the analytical brain with the creative brain to create impact through content
- You have a proven track record in driving organic growth through content marketing and SEO
- You have experience in leading a diverse team
- You have at least 5 years of professional experience in a similar position
- You are experienced in fostering excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- You thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- You have impeccable written and verbal communication skills in English (German is a plus)
- You are highly experienced in multi-channel content creation (web, print, mobile, tablet)
