Who they’re looking for:
Crucial for the further growth of our client is the acquisition of new parking locations for the customers. They are seeking an experienced Head of Business Development to join their UK team to focus on expanding supply. As the Head of Business Development you will take an important role within the company, alongside the Chief Investment Officer. Executing the supply strategy to attract large-scale clients (either through lease agreements or acquisition of assets) and managing these key accounts on the one hand, but being comfortable enough to work alongside tech / data / product team to help shape their product, on the other.
Together with the CIO, the Head of Business Development, will be responsible for the Business Development in the UK. You will drive results by improving the supply strategy, managing and executing this plan. Your experience within real-estate will help you guide this plan to work both independently and with the team on acquisitions/transactions.
What you’ll be doing:
Reporting to the Chief Investment Officer you will have the following responsibilities:
Research of the UK real estate market for value creation opportunities, cost structure, cash flow projections, market environment and competitiveness
Work independently to approach, manage and ultimately close strategic partnerships with large-scale, real-estate clients
Work closely with the Product Team, to shape the product, based on your insights and validation from the market to maintain the position as market leader
Liaise with legal consultant for creating legal documentation
Align business development strategy with their partner companies
Support the acquisitions teams with your network to open-up new opportunities and to accelerate the deal-making process
Play a key role within the Acquisitions Team, working on broader strategic plans and using business development strategies as a lead for expansion to new European markets

Experience in strategic investments / acquisitions leadership role as part of a real estate investment firm or company
Vast experience in real-estate and/or private equity within a reputable organisation, with ideally exposure to a prop-tech environment
You are solution driven; creative and always think ahead
Proven experience in an analytical and financial field
Excellent knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation analysis
Outstanding organisational and leadership abilities
