Our client’s vision is simple: there is a better, more sustainable way to own a rental home. No one should have to put all their savings into just one property. Through our client’s platform, landlords avoid the taxes of a typical sale and enjoy a seamless transition to owning shares in many rental properties, thereby splitting the risk and enjoying fully passive ownership.
Responsibilities
As with any early stage startup, you can expect to be wearing many different hats where one day will never be the same as the next. That being said, the core responsibilities of this role would be:
- To lead our client’s Business Development efforts in Denver, Colorado (with plans to expand toother states in the near future)
- To identify, develop, and execute on opportunities through integrations and sales partnerships with channel partners in the SFR asset class
- To build relationships with landlords and realtors in operating areas, managing those relationships to drive high engagement and retention
- To put together marketing materials and strategies to expand brand awareness and grow the top funnel
- Manage the full sales cycle of deals
- Meet and conduct presentations with clients
- To work closely with the founding members to develop an all-star, diverse team that champions the company culture
Requirements
This role is for you if:
- You have the energy to run with an exciting and innovative startup looking to disrupt the space they’re in
- You’re a go-getter with strong familiarity of the Denver real estate market
- You have a minimum of 2-3 years sales experience
- You’re a hustler and can confidently build relationships from the ground up
- You’re excited to join a small company and build out a team
- Excellent customer experience is important to you
- You’re a switched-on team player with strong EQ
- Bonus if you have existing relationships with realtors and landlords
