PropTech Growth Marketing Lead (B2B SaaS) role based remote, anywhere in Canada.
About our Client
Our client is a PropTech company helping commercial landlords, leasing managers and brokers streamline their leasing process. Their platform digitizes the entire end-to-end lease administration process, enabling the offer, signing, payment and renewal process to take place online in one collaborative, secure platform.
Reporting to the VP of Sales & Marketing, the ideal Marketing Lead is an inbound marketing lead-gen expert who has experience with partner development, social media (specifically LinkedIn), marketing automation, PR, advertising, and reporting.
- Driving lead generation through various online and offline channels through technical B2B platforms
- Working closely with the sales and product teams to develop and execute strategic content plans in support of their respective initiatives
- Creating and managing social media (LinkedIn) & email campaigns
- Writing clear, accurate and concise online content for social media, website and email marketing
- A degree in Marketing or related discipline and 5 years of experience
- Ability to deliver high-quality work quickly in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects, and meeting deadlines
- Keen attention to detail
- Experience managing LinkedIn campaigns and content with Wordpress
- Self-motivated to independently research and complete in-depth investigation where required
- Previous experience in a real estate related field would provide a head start
