Our Client is looking for a creative Growth Hacker who will analyze and identify any and all growth opportunities.

Our client is an AI and data management platform that is improving the speed, effectiveness and cost for cities and engineering firms to manage infrastructure. Their cutting-edge AI lowers the total cost of ownership of cities’ infrastructure by reducing the dirty, dull and dangerous work that must be done to maintain infrastructure.

They are looking for a creative Growth Hacker who will analyze and identify any and all growth opportunities in order to scale their brand awareness. You will be the driving force behind their marketing by developing new strategies to identify and improve customer outreach. Working alongside the marketing and sales teams, you will create growth campaigns that drive up their market values and increase overall traffic.
 
The Role:

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to develop campaigns across messaging, targeting, and creative
  • Constantly expanding and moving beyond typical marketing playbooks to unlock scale and ROI.
  • Build emails and landing pages with content developed in collaboration with product marketing, content and creative.
  • Drive pipeline for our sales team by running any campaigns and experiments across multiple channels to hit aggressive pipeline targets. 
  • Build and edit workflows and assets including templates; execute the campaigns and manage optimizations.
  • Partner with any additional channel owners and marketing teams to extend campaigns across a variety of marketing and sales channels.
  • Leverage data from campaign performances reporting tools and create reports for all stakeholders.
  • Translate data into actionable insights to continuously improve user engagement and product.
  • Develop a well-depth understanding of our CRM and marketing automation platforms to extract key user insights.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, user engagement, or a related field
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science or a related field
  • Strong portfolio showcasing successful growth campaigns that have significantly impacted user base and engagement.
  • Expertise in SEO/SEM, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and data analysis.
  • A keen eye for data analysis and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams
  • Ability to wear multiple hats in a fast-paced environment and work autonomously. 

Nice to Haves

  • Strong understanding of sewer infrastructure and industry trends (a huge plus)

Salary & Perks
 
$100,000-$150,000 base per year with an OTE range of $120,000 to $200,000 depending on experience and performance.
Salary range listed is for a fully remote position. Additional compensation is available for candidates who live in the San Francisco Bay Area and are able to work in our Walnut Creek office 1-2 days per week.
The compensation range provided is in compliance with state specific laws. Factors that may be used to determine your actual rate of pay include your specific skills, years of experience and other factors.
