About The Role

Hiring the right people is one of the most important tasks they have ahead of them in order to achieve their exciting growth goals. They are seeking a talented, motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist, who finds joy and excitement in identifying and bringing in the best talent there is for their open vacancies.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Run the full-cycle of the recruitment process for roles in Europe and North America (Mainly Sales, CS and Marketing).
  • Creatively recruit top-notch candidates and maintain a strong pipeline of talent while executing a meaningful candidate experience.
  • Develop and maintain innovative sourcing channels and recruitment campaigns.
  • Offer insight, best practices, and interview preparation to both candidates & hiring managers.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on the specifications of each role and the requirements of each interview process.
  • Develop strong relationships with hiring managers to understand hiring plans, establish priorities, and build recruiting strategies.
  • Provide impressive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback, interviewer preparation, and an effective interview frame.
  • 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience recruiting globally.
  • Experience recruiting for Sales and Marketing positions.
  • Proven experience in direct sourcing techniques – advantage.
  • High level of efficiency, independence, time-management skills, and the ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
