Candidates MUST have 5+ years B2B SaaS sales experience to be considered (ideally proptech)
You must have experience in commercial or retail or multifamily real estate selling to asset managers, property managers, facilities managers, heads of operations, security directors, building managers.
  
My client was founded ~20 years ago and they are looking to continue their expansion in the US. Their global team is currently ~60 go-getters and they’re looking to continue their expansion in the US.
  

  • Salary is flexible dependent on location and experience up to ~$150K on the base with a commission structure that will realistically make you double your base on top
  • Hunter-heavy sales mentality required (still generating and closing your own leads, no BDR!)
  • Mid-market type deals, 6-9 month sales cycles
  • Opportunity to attend networking events/tradeshows across the US
  • Happy to get stuck in in a start-up-esque environment!
