Full Stack Developer

About the Role
 
This position is well-suited for someone with 2-5 years of professional experience who is ready to take on greater ownership, expand their scope, and collaborate closely with senior leadership. You will work alongside experienced mentors and gain end-to-end exposure to building and scaling a modern digital product.
Our Client is looking for a proactive, hands-on contributor who thrives in a fast-moving environment and can balance strong technical execution with attention to the overall user experience.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Feature Development: Design, build, and ship features across the full stack (e.g., backend services and web frontend).
• System Design: Partner with senior engineers to plan architecture, integrations, and data flow.
• Product Collaboration: Work closely with product and design teams to translate requirements into intuitive, high-quality user experiences.
• AI Integration: Experiment with and implement AI/ML capabilities such as API integrations, embeddings, and agent-based workflows.
• Quality & Performance: Write clean, maintainable code; ensure performance and reliability; and debug issues across the application.
• Documentation & Process: Help maintain clear technical documentation, uphold coding standards, and contribute to team best practices.
• Leadership Path: Grow into increased ownership by leading projects, mentoring teammates, and shaping technical direction

Requirements
 
Technical Skills:

• 2-5 years of professional experience with modern web frameworks (e.g., Ruby on Rails and React)
• Proficiency in building and integrating APIs (REST required; GraphQL a plus)
• Strong understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred)
• Familiarity with background job processing and caching mechanisms (e.g., Sidekiq, Redis)

Problem-Solving:

• Demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues efficiently
• Skilled at weighing technical trade-offs and making sound decisions in dynamic environments

Collaboration & Communication:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Comfortable partnering with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and leadership

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of event-driven architectures (e.g., webhooks, message queues)
• Familiarity with modern cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or similar
• Experience or interest in data visualization and business intelligence tools
• Curiosity about real estate technology or related industries
• Demonstrated interest in AI/ML, whether through professional work or personal projects
