The product, is a hosted ‘cloud-based’ solution which supports the day-to-day management of a facilities management operation. It handles work order requests via private and public forms which are then managed through their fully dynamic workflows. The user experience is optimised, tailored and personalised in order to ensure maximum impact and engagement levels.

Our client allows their clients to manage their work order requests efficiently, communicate with their supply chain, request and manage quotes or invoices and analyse their data through reports and dashboards. It’s also a way of managing recurring maintenance schedules easily and demonstrating building compliance.

They celebrate simplicity and remove friction points in order to effortlessly integrate their technology. This framework provides their clients with the tools and know how to deliver an FM strategy which saves time, money, reduces risk and improves service performance
