The Role
This is a Senior performance role, they are rapidly growing their US based GTM team and looking for an experienced individual contributor with deep understanding of the real-estate sector in North America to help execute their ambitious go-to-market and realise their vision. This is an Executive level role reporting into the Chief Revenue Officer and working closely with the wider team.
Responsibilities
- Proactively engage, form and nurture relationships with potential users, buyers and executives across the real estate sector in the US
- As a Subject Matter Expert: Build trusted relationships with prospects, translate customer pain points and strategic objectives to value creation solutions.
- Act as change agent and support clients throughout the change management journey as a trusted advisor
- Play a pivotal role in significantly expanding opportunities in the US
- Represent the business in industry events and tradeshows
- Act as a client advocate internally and shape our client’s roadmap
- Support the Marketing team with content to substantiate our client’s positioning as a thought leader
Skills
- Comfortable and capable reaching out to the top 100 property management companies in North America
- Experienced with building relationships
- Proven to be a trusted advisor to our clients
- Ability to communicate complex solutions and technical real estate knowledge
- Skilled in designing and implementing roadmaps to meet and exceed client expectations.
Requirements
Experience and Qualifications
- Member of material trade organisations such as NAA and ULI is desirable but not essential.
- Deep understanding of the multifamily real estate sector and its network
- Have a network of senior level property executives
- Having worked at a leading Multi-Family property owner/manager in a major metropolitan area
- Experienced key-note speaker or similar in industry events or trade shows
- Have worked closely with cross functions such as; Product, Marketing and Sales
- Understanding of business development and confidence with change management
