A dynamic, detail-focused CEO is looking for a proactive, strategic, and exceptionally organized Executive Assistant. This position extends well beyond standard administrative duties. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted partner, optimizing workflows, helping set priorities, and supporting key strategic initiatives. They will function as a valuable thought partner to the CEO, ensuring that daily operations stay aligned with broader organizational goals.
  
Key Responsibilities
  
Strategic Partnership & Decision Support

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the CEO, offering input on priorities, strategic planning, and operational improvements.
  • Contribute to special projects, research efforts, and cross-functional initiatives that benefit from executive-level insight.
  • Translate complex information into clear, actionable summaries to support informed decision-making.

Operational & Calendar Management

  • Manage and refine the CEO’s schedule to ensure alignment with key priorities and overall productivity.
  • Oversee internal and external communications, ensuring emails, messages, and correspondence are handled promptly and professionally.
  • Improve and maintain workflows related to travel, meeting preparation, and post-meeting follow-up.

Cross-Functional & Executive Support

  • Partner with leadership and stakeholders to advance important initiatives and keep projects moving.
  • Assist in preparing board materials, presentations, and other high-level documents.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Travel & Event Coordination

  • Organize complex travel plans, including multi-leg itineraries, accommodations, and meeting logistics.
  • Provide support at industry events, conferences, and key meetings to ensure smooth execution.

Requirements

  • At least five years of experience supporting senior executives in roles such as Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or similar positions
  • Background working in fast-moving, rapidly changing environments, preferably at a startup
  • Outstanding organizational abilities, strategic thinking, and communication skills
  • High emotional intelligence and the capacity to serve as a trusted partner to leadership
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented approach—able to anticipate needs, streamline processes, and work independently
  • Proven ability to manage confidential information with the utmost discretion
