Having entrenched their position in Australia,  their team of 150+ employees is scaling rapidly.  With strong validation from the Australian property market, they have aggressively accelerated global growth in the UK and US, and their sights are now set on Asia.

The EVP of Business Development a key member of the APAC Senior Leadership Team and instrumental in driving their growth agenda in Asia. The EVP of Business Development Asia has significant autonomy and is responsible for establishing and growing their footprint in Asia.

Reporting to Head of Region - APAC the position works closely with the CEO, Executive Leadership Team, APAC Leadership team and business development team. The EVP of Business Development Asia will grow their market share and revenue by identifying, assessing and developing new business opportunities throughout the Asia market with an initial focus on Singapore & Hong Kong. You will craft and execute a strategy for maximising penetration & market share in Asian real estate.

Specific hours are flexible, to be discussed and agreed with the successful applicant (general hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm with the requirement for flexibility outside these hours to ensure the job requirements are completed satisfactorily. There will be a requirement to travel both domestically and overseas.

Their management team,  board  of  directors,  major  customers  and  suppliers,  auditors,  financial institutions, government agencies and consultants.

●      Develop and implement a new business strategy for the Asia market which is focused on business and revenue growth via increasing sales of existing products in new market segments, as well as actively identifying and assessing new product or market opportunities.


●      Develop an initial go to market plan including target list, market sizing and key relationships.


2. Sales

●      Develop comprehensive and measurable integrated Sales and Client Plans that will drive net revenue positive growth in the market.


●      Identifying new business and market opportunities, executing successfully on a consultative selling process.

●      Increase spend of clients – driving sales activities and the acquisition of new business.

●      Partner with the Regional Head of Asia Pacific to articulate Asian expansion opportunities and successfully establish them in new markets.


3. Relationship Development & Networking

●    Develop and maintain quality relationships within target market segments and attend relevant events.


●    Present yourself and them as a thought leader.

4. Marketing

●    Work with Marketing to deliver powerful lead generation/qualification programs that build sales velocity.


●    Using and extending on existing relationships within relevant industries, constantly seek to better understand the market demands and client needs in order to better develop solutions.

●    Partner with Marketing & Product to ensure an ongoing, iterative review of Competitors and their differentiation.


5. Reporting

●      Manage various business reporting requirements (including to Executive Leadership Team, board and regulatory bodies).


●      Set and manage new sales revenue goals (acquisition, cross sell/up sell, expansion, retention), deployment models, rewards and recognition. Working with the Customer team, set targets for customer growth and partner to achieve these.

6. Leadership

●    Contribute to the People Leader group by championing culture, leading or contributing to major project initiatives and contributing to regional/global working groups and steering committees.


●    Actively coach all client facing individuals in Client Growth (Sales and Client Management).
