Our Client is seeking an Operations Manager to manage and scale their growing portfolio across Europe.

Our client is a US-based, hyper scaling PropTech HospitalityTech that make co-ownership of high-end holiday homes possible. They are seeking an Operations Manager to manage and scale their growing portfolio across Europe.
  
The Senior Home Manager, Europe will report into a North America-based Regional Director of Operations and have a dotted-line into our VP of Expansion, who is based in London. This role has incredible growth potential. You will be the senior-most operational leader on the ground in Europe, and for the right candidate, you could be fast-tracked into a regional leadership role. 

Role Overview

Manage the day-to-day operations of a growing European property portfolio, ensuring seamless home management, vendor coordination, financial oversight, and exceptional owner experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for homeowners, delivering outstanding service and proactive communication.
  • Develop and implement operational best practices, aligning regional procedures with company-wide standards.
  • Oversee vendor relationships, including sourcing, negotiations, quality control, and ongoing management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on home acquisitions, onboarding, and expansion initiatives.
  • Manage property financials, including budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure homes remain in top condition through inspections, maintenance, and inventory management.
  • Lead regional pilots and contribute to strategic initiatives that enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
  • Support technology integration to optimise portfolio management and owner experience.

Requirements

  • Experience: 10+ years in hospitality, property management, or operations, ideally in a startup or field operations role.
  • Financial Acumen: Strong budgeting and financial management skills; experience with property management or accounting software is a plus.
  • Service Excellence: Customer-focused with a passion for delivering outstanding experiences.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments with shifting priorities.
  • Travel & Location: London-based with frequent travel across Europe.
  • Process & Systems Expertise: Skilled in developing SOPs, managing SLAs, launching policies, and aligning stakeholders.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills, able to engage effectively with colleagues, vendors, and high-net-worth individuals.
  • Project Management: Strong organisational skills with experience in complex project planning and implementation.
