Enterprise Customer Success Manager
Location: New York – Hybrid (2-3 days in office)

Position Overview:
As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you will build and nurture strategic relationships with enterprise clients, ensuring the successful implementation and ongoing satisfaction of a market-leading SaaS platform. This role involves managing high-value accounts, driving customer success, and contributing to the growth and retention of enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Lead onboarding and multi-phase portfolio rollouts for enterprise clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive account growth.
  • Provide actionable insights through data analysis and customer engagement metrics.
  • Champion client feedback to influence product development and service improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, construction management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in customer success, account management, or project management with enterprise-level clients, ideally in SaaS or construction.
  • Strong project management skills and proficiency in tools like Salesforce, Asana, or Jira.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive mindset.
  • Willingness to travel (up to 15% per month).
  • Background in real estate or operational services is a plus.
