My client is an AI-driven property maintenance and operations platform for the real-estate industry. Their journey started in 2017, with strong leadership bringing together decades of Cloud and IoT experience, and significant investments from Accel India and Tiger Global. Through the years, we have expanded to over 200+ employees worldwide- with offices in the US, UK, UAE, Australia, and India- and manage over 85 million sq. Ft. of business. They have raised over $45M in total with their series B led by Dragoneer Investment Group and Brookfield Technology Partners along with continued participation of our existing investors.
  
They are rapidly expanding in business, and are looking to add enterprise SaaS obsessed, ever curious, and fun talent to join our existing teams!
  
The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of strong experience selling enterprise software intothe real-estate market. You will bring a business background that enables you to find, build, and close new enterprise opportunities, fostering strategic OEM or integrated partnerships, engage at the CXO level, with the ability to build and convey compelling value.

Experience:

  • Selling Enterprise software solutions, preferably CMMS sales experience. Large ticket size of $100+k ARR
  • Exposure selling to C-suite/VP level decision makers.
  • Handling consultative sales involving multiple decision makers and long sales process
  • Previous experience of selling into the Real estate market is an advantage

  
Skills:

  • Technical: Ability to quickly learn Real-estate operations and maintenance domain, our product capabilities and value proposition
  • Being able to do high level demo- There will be pre-sales engineer for detailed demo, but salesperson is expected to have domain knowledge, product knowledge and being able to do high level demo
  • Ability to establish strategic relationship with different stake holders within customer organization, build champions, gain trust that helps speed up sales process and win deals
  • Create and execute account-based outreach programs

  
Role:

  • The role involves direct sales and selling along with SI partners in the US region

  • Qualify and progress opportunities, sourced from demand generation backend team
  • Prepare and execute account strategies and plans for your assigned territory.
  • Negotiate and close enterprise deals
  • Develop and nurture CXO relationships at target accounts to craft new opportunities and expand existing business.
  • Manage Partners in the region and generate business from partners
  • Track all critical activities and ensure a deep understanding of the status of every

deal at every stage using their process and tools.

  • Work to influence product direction by facilitating structured customer feedback to the product management, engineering, and marketing teams.
