As an Enterprise Account Executive you will be part of the foundational team promoting their AI product to the Nordic market. This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the most promising proptech scale-ups in the world, being part of the early phase, continuing building out their Nordic market presence, deﬁning best practices and giving input to their overall sales strategy.
You will be part of a Nordic team responsible for managing existing enterprise customers, winning new business and build relationships among Nordic real estate industry. They imagine you to have solid sales experience, ideally within the real estate development/architecture/construction industry, with a proven track record of stellar sales success.
Key tasks & responsibilities
Understand and present the products and inspire prospect interest Manage relationships with key stakeholders across the business, IT, and C level Meet/exceed pipeline generation and revenue targets
Manage complex sales cycles, utilizing internal and external resources Closer with strong negotiation techniques
Develop territory plans, key account plans, stakeholder mapping etc.
Keep current with industry trends and engage customers addressing their business challenges Act with urgency, integrity and focus on the customer
Be willing to travel
Fluent languages spoken and written: English + Swedish Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
Minimum 10 years of enterprise sales experience from quality companies Strong closure skills
Strategic account planning and execution skills
Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and presentation skills Ability to create and manage C-level relationships
Must be highly self-motivated and able to work with little direct supervision A passion for solving customer business problems
Entrepreneurial and adaptive to constant changes
Nice to haves
Industry experience from real estate development, construction, architecture, engineering a big plus
