Engagement Architect

About the Role
  
In this role, you will work closely with key enterprise clients to support the implementation of AI-driven tools that materially improve how work is planned and executed. It is a highly collaborative, embedded position that involves spending several days per week onsite at large-scale projects, partnering directly with project teams and leadership to surface operational challenges, design solutions, and drive measurable outcomes.
You will operate at the intersection of frontline operations and advanced technology – translating real-world conditions into clear technical requirements, developing rigorous analyses and deliverables that demonstrate value, and ensuring solutions are adopted smoothly within existing workflows. The role blends the problem-solving rigor of consulting with hands-on field execution, and requires strong domain expertise, adaptability, and comfort operating in uncertain, fast-moving environments.
  
Key Responsibilities

• Onsite Solution Delivery: Embed with client teams at active project sites to deeply understand operational challenges and constraints and configure AI-enabled solutions for defined use cases to support adoption across project stakeholders.
• Value Measurement and Enablement: Build analytical models, executive-ready presentations, implementation guides, and targeted automation to quantify impact, track outcomes, and support successful rollout.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate closely with go-to-market, customer delivery, product, and strategy counterparts to align on client priorities, inform feature development, and ensure smooth integration.
• Stakeholder Communication: Tailor messaging to effectively engage audiences from senior leadership to field-level practitioners, translating technical capabilities into clear operational and financial value.
• End-to-End Execution: Own workstreams from initial scoping through delivery, operating independently to drive progress, make data-informed decisions, and manage multiple initiatives with strong attention to detail.
• Domain-Driven Problem Solving: Apply practical knowledge of large-scale project lifecycles, from early planning through closeout, to anticipate risks and design solutions that align with how project teams actually work.

Requirements

• Relevant Industry Experience: Several years of experience in project engineering or project management roles on large-scale capital projects, with direct exposure to construction workflows, project controls, documentation, and on-site execution.
• Professional Services Experience: Prior experience in a consulting or advisory environment, including structuring complex analyses, producing executive-level deliverables, and managing diverse stakeholder groups.
• Self-Directed and Highly Organized: Demonstrated ability to operate independently, anticipate next steps, and manage multiple concurrent initiatives with a high degree of organization and follow-through.
• Analytical and Evidence-Based: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize data, apply sound judgment, and develop clear, polished outputs that communicate measurable outcomes.
• Adaptable in Unstructured Environments: Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced settings, bringing clarity and structure to ambiguous or evolving problem statements.
• Willingness to Travel: Enthusiasm for frequent onsite engagement and flexibility to travel regularly in order to work directly alongside project teams.
