PropTech Eastern Director, Cross Border Tenant Advisory role based in New York, US
Accelerate Overall Business Development on behalf of our client’s Cross Border Tenant Advisory Group (Americas, AsiaPac, EMEA)
Leverage existing relationships with international HQ’d occupiers having locations in North America to cultivate transactions and other service opportunities
Develop/foster relationships with North American HQ’d occupiers that have active international businesses & global footprint, especially with locations in major international transaction hubs (e.g. London, Amsterdam, Hong Kong, Singapore, Frankfurt, Paris, etc).
Work with my client’s regional heads to ensure that Worldwide Occupier Services/global tenant representation capabilities are pitched to existing global clients
Proactively assist on pitches and document preparation for key senior brokers/stakeholders
Build/refine database of all AsiaPac & EMEA HQ’d companies with >25,000 sqft occupancy in the North America/East Coast region
Maintain a list of active clients and targets with Americas, EMEA & AsiaPac
Actively identify portfolio client targets and pitch Knowledge Cubed
Support US East Coast Local Business Development
Act as resource for East Coast broker-led opportunities with international HQ’d companies, drawing on international portfolio management experience to prioritize and underwrite pursuits, build pursuit strategy, navigate my client’s resources to build multi-functional account/pursuit teams, and win multi-year, multi-service accounts
Coordinate and track cross-border referrals and utilize international experience and network to assist with opportunities on the East Coast (or wherever relevant).
Establish and run focused business development groups with mid-level / rising-star brokers across East Coast Markets.
Cross Border Team general integration / coordination / content creation
Maximally leverage information, using Salesforce, Transaction Activity report, and other resources to ensure highest level of situational awareness on prospects/clients
Help build, track, and maintain key client/prospect contact information, corporate intelligence and upcoming lease events in the global team via Cross Border Team database
Develop and facilitate internal and external communications designed to educate clients and stakeholders on service lines and market capabilities (global):
