Our client is seeking a director with experience in development management to help lead their project teams in central Florida. They are looking for an established project leader with industry knowledge, a proven track record and extensive experience in development management. This is an exciting opportunity to play an impactful role in building a team and business within a growing region.

Responsibilities:

• Lead project teams and direct presentations
• Managing multiple project timelines and deliverables simultaneously
• Manage and develop strong project teams
• Develop young talent and ensure growth of junior team members
• Support and develop new business opportunities and relationships
• Build a team and business within a growing region

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 10+ years of experience with demonstrable knowledge of design/construction methodologies and processes with on-site experience
• Exceptional leadership skills
• Strong experience managing teams
• Demonstrated skills in ground up and redevelopment project management/construction management/owner’s representation
• Experience in corporate construction preferred, but not required
• Client focused, cost conscious and detail oriented
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills
• Open to travel
