Requirements

  • Extensive Experience: Over 10 years of experience in consulting or advisory roles within the Smart Buildings, PropTech, or Smart Places sectors.
  • Technology and Innovation Focus: A genuine passion for applying technology and innovation to the built environment, with a strong emphasis on sustainability and digital transformation.

  • Sector Knowledge: Experience working with both private and public sector clients, understanding their unique drivers and challenges.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong business awareness and market insight, supported by a robust professional network and a proven ability to generate new business, develop client relationships, and drive revenue growth.
  • Leadership: Experience in team leadership, people development, and operational management within a consulting environment.
  • Business Development: A successful track record in opportunity identification, solution development, proposal creation, and project conversion.
