Key Responsibilities
Create company gains through client development and referrals
Extend client relationships and Tenant Rep relationships across borders and service lines
Secure one-off and multiple assignments, panel relationships, regional and global mandates
Support International, Regional and Local Brokers by providing improved connection, information and instruction on international capabilities and cross-border occupier services delivery
Connect with other relevant teams including but not limited to Workplace, Project Management Industrial and Logistics, Datacentre and Life science, investment and sales businesses.
Run a team of two initially.
Key Skills
Experience advising potential clients of services, considering business requirements and matching those to markets
Preferably experience winning tenant rep/acquisition instructions, servicing and transacting these, directly or as part of a team
Some knowledge of European property markets
Building strong working relationships with local market experts, business stakeholders and other service lines
The ability to work autonomously in a highly structured and deliberate manner to research and identify business opportunities and to cover every angle of each opportunity
A keen interest or experience generating business development leads
European language skills would be a benefit
Team Overview
During a period of significant growth in the European business, they are looking for an individual to undertake coordinated business development, maximising the relationships we have across the EMEA business. This individual will effectively coordinate with the local teams to seek client opportunities where they exist. The team has a focus on the clients technology offerings as well as delivering cross border clients.
