Our Client is a scaling, technology-enabled organization seeking a Demand Generation Manager to develop and lead end-to-end marketing programs that support pipeline creation and sustainable growth. This role is responsible for shaping go-to-market campaign strategy and executing initiatives that drive measurable business impact through experimentation and performance-led decision-making.
In this role, you will plan and deliver integrated marketing initiatives across a variety of digital and field channels. You will continuously evaluate and refine campaign effectiveness using testing, analytics, and insight-driven optimization to support commercial objectives.
  
Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Strategy and Execution: Design, launch, and manage multi-channel and account-based marketing (ABM) programs that generate qualified pipeline and increase brand visibility. Lead integrated campaigns, including ABM-led initiatives, to drive awareness, engagement, and revenue impact.
  • Digital Optimization and Innovation: Own and optimize website content with a focus on SEO and answer-engine optimization (AEO) to strengthen organic performance. Experiment with new channels, tools, and tactics to identify scalable growth opportunities. Leverage AI-enabled platforms to enhance campaign effectiveness, while staying informed on relevant market and industry trends.
  • Sales Enablement and Collaboration: Partner closely with cross-functional teams to accelerate account engagement and improve pipeline conversion. Ensure campaigns are supported by compelling, persona-driven content aligned to each stage of the buyer journey. Develop resources, workflows, and programs—such as nurture campaigns, event activation, and priority account content—that support sales engagement.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Establish KPIs, build dashboards, and analyze performance data across the funnel to assess campaign effectiveness and identify trends. Execute A/B testing across channels, landing pages, and email to improve conversion rates. Provide clear, actionable reporting and strategic insights to go-to-market leadership to inform growth decisions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a track record of executing integrated, multi-channel campaigns.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently, including campaign execution and account-based marketing programs across hybrid channels.
  • Strong understanding of the B2B marketing funnel, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM platforms commonly used in modern marketing organizations (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Hands-on experience with a broad range of marketing technologies, including AI-enabled tools and workflows that comprise a contemporary martech stack.
  • Proven ability to leverage AI tools to support campaign development, targeting, segmentation, content creation, and performance reporting.
  • Creative, resourceful, and highly data-driven in approach.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for events, team meetings, or customer engagements, as needed.
  • Preferred: Experience marketing within the construction technology or adjacent B2B technology sectors.
