About the Role
As Delivery Director, you will hold senior accountability for the successful execution of project delivery engagements across a major regional market. This is a leadership position with responsibility for portfolio oversight, client outcomes, operational performance, and team effectiveness, ensuring work is delivered safely, on schedule, and to exacting quality standards.
You will partner closely with executive-level client stakeholders, internal product and engineering teams, and commercial leadership to shape delivery strategy, embed best practices at scale, and represent the organisation as a trusted delivery partner on complex, high-profile programmes.

Key Responsibilities
Delivery & Operational Leadership
- Hold end-to-end accountability for the delivery of a portfolio of complex, mission-critical construction programmes across a large regional market.
- Define and implement delivery strategies, governance models, and assurance frameworks aligned to both client outcomes and internal performance objectives.
- Ensure consistent, high-quality application of advanced scheduling, digital progress tracking, and project controls methodologies.
- Provide senior oversight of programme integration, schedule integrity, risk management, and change control.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the executive point of contact for senior client stakeholders, building long-term partnerships and trusted-advisor relationships.
- Lead executive-level programme reviews, steering committees, and strategic briefings.
- Support pre-sales and account expansion activities, including solution design, technical assurance, and senior client engagement.
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, coach, and develop delivery leaders, planners, and project controls specialists.
- Set clear performance standards, drive accountability, and foster a high-performing, collaborative delivery culture.
- Provide technical leadership and assurance across planning and project controls within the delivery organisation.
Programme Controls & Insight
- Oversee integrated master programmes, including complex trade sequencing and digital model integration.
- Ensure robust, data-driven reporting and insight through modern analytics and reporting platforms.
- Monitor productivity, milestones, risk exposure, and key delivery metrics across the portfolio.
Strategic Contribution
- Contribute to the scaling and maturation of the regional delivery capability, shaping processes, tools, and operating models.
- Provide structured feedback to product and engineering teams informed by real-world delivery experience.
- Champion innovation, continuous improvement, and the adoption of digital and augmented delivery approaches.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in construction project delivery, project controls, or programme management within complex, large-scale environments.
- Demonstrated track record delivering mission-critical, high-tech, or similarly complex construction programmes.
- Proven leadership capability overseeing multi-project portfolios and senior delivery teams.
- Strong expertise in planning and scheduling, with experience using industry-standard scheduling platforms (e.g. Primavera P6 or equivalent).
- Relevant construction, engineering, or technical background, supported by formal qualifications or equivalent practical experience.
- Authorisation to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Strong command of complex construction delivery, trade sequencing, and integrated programme management.
- Well-developed commercial judgement, with the ability to balance client outcomes against broader business objectives.
- Proven ability to influence and engage credibly with executive stakeholders and senior project leadership.
- Capability to assess programme risk, challenge assumptions, and drive timely corrective action.
- Experience working with digital delivery environments, including model-based coordination, 4D construction, or advanced project controls systems.
- Comfortable operating in a highly client-facing role, with regular on-site presence and senior stakeholder interaction.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the operating region as required.
