To collect, Interpret and analyse data from numerous data sources. Identify and report on inconsistencies. Create and maintain existing and new reports from the software in use. Primarily using Qube report wizard, SQL and other platforms where appropriate.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities
To ensure data held on the Qube data base is accurate and complete and liaise with the relevant departments to rectify any discrepancies.
Be a point of contact for bespoke report requests from other departments.
Set up a process to develop and document procedures and workflows.
Set up and maintain a report tracker
Act at all times in line with the Company Values, integrating these into all work practices.
Maintain accurate computerised and manual records.
Produce accurate information and reports for weekly/ monthly meetings.
Participate in team, departmental and corporate project and planning processes as required.
To observe the highest possible standards in relation to client and customer confidentiality and in compliance with Data Protection legislation.
To act as an ambassador for their client in your conduct during working hours and in all contact with clients, residents and third parties connected with the business.
To undertake any other duties as are reasonably requested from time to time.

Knowledge and experience of using Qube (MRI)
Knowledge of the NeoPost / Quadient infrastructure (OMS-500, DCS, NeoTouch)
Knowledge of server infrastructure and an understanding of Windows
Awareness of the property management sector and an understanding of the clients/customers relationship
